Language Distance Learning

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with the lovely Salt Lake Community College (@saltlakecc) folks via distance learning format for those who are interested in taking introductory Nahuatl language classes! UofU students can add Nahuatl on their Fall 2020 schedules here.

Nahuatl is among the 68 living Indigenous languages officially recognized by the Mexican government and has the most speakers, approximately 1.4 million. SLCC fall registration is now open, students of Nahuatl language may be eligible for Foreign Language and Area Studies fellowship (FLAS).
