UNLCP Application

Students intending to attend the program with a FLAS Summer Fellowship should complete both the Summer Nahuatl Program Application linked on this page AND the FLAS fellowship application here. Students can complete the Summer Nahuatl Program Application prior to receiving their FLAS award notice.  Completing the online summer Nahuatl application does not commit the student to attend the program should their circumstances change or if FLAS or other funding isn’t awarded but is crucial in securing preferential enrollment. Students who applied before the March 31st deadline will be notified of their acceptance via email and provided with additional registration and housing information. Spots are limited and students are encouraged to complete the Summer Nahuatl Program Application as soon as possible. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis after the March 31st deadline until all spots are filled. Students are encouraged to apply before March 31st as space may be limited after this date.

Non-FLAS students must respond and confirm their participation in the program no later than Apr 21, 2025. Once participation is confirmed students will receive additional information and instructions on enrollment.

Because each institution has its own FLAS deadlines and procedures we have an extended deadline for FLAS applicants to confirm their participation in the program. Please notify us upon receiving notice of your FLAS award status and no later than May 12, 2025. If your FLAS award status is delayed and you don’t believe you can meet this confirmation deadline please contact us as soon as possible.

Participating students are encouraged to complete their course registration and finalize their housing reservations as soon as possible in order to secure their preferred apartment and/or roommates. All students MUST complete the payment and registration for the course by May 23rd. After this date we can no longer guarantee on campus housing will be available.  If you have any concerns about meeting these deadlines or trouble registering and finalizing your housing reservation please contact us as soon as possible.
